Crossy, I had enough doubts on MAXF to sell after reading the 10q. It's possible that my doubts are incorrect, but I have to go with my instincts.

Where is MAXF going today? Volume and up? Maybe the warrant issue is past us? LOL.

One note I was going to add last night about MAXF was if you look at the quarterly revenues even without the insurance adjustment they had beaten the last years quarter. Also, I do not see any insurance issues since they had been averaging $8M/month at the location for the first 8 months of the year. Shouldn't be hard to see any difference. If they come out and say they are back up almost 100% we can start the next move up.
