Hi Wolf,

I see what you are saying when I look at the chart you posted. What do you think future trading should look like based on the completion of a "rounded bottom"?

I found this link discussing a rounded bottom, which seems positive. Is this your expectation also?

vrtrader.com

A saucer bottom is another chart formation of interest to those in the trading world. It is probably much less frequent than others. However completion of a saucer bottom can also be viewed as a potentially attractive entry. The pattern is exactly as the name implies, a rounded bottom, which looks something like a bowl. The volume tends to decrease at the bottom of the bowl and gradually increases as prices move higher. The pattern is complete when prices move through resistance at the right edge of the saucer or bowl. These types of patterns usually do not develop in the volatile markets we've come to know and love, however when they do appear, can give traders a good entry into their favorite stock.

Besides the technicals, I'm anxious to see what information comes from their release later this week.

"Dimethaid plans another update this week. Shepherdson said it could involve a number of things the company is working on, including approval in other European countries as well as partners for those areas."

I like that it could involve a "number of things"!

It seems to be getting exciting again!

Warren

Wolf,

IMO the rounded bottom starts at the 6 buck mark, goes down to the 3.30 area and is headed back to the 6 buck area.

Then, if the theory holds, we should be headed to the 9-10 area .... that will be the first leg.
