The chart showing 13 week high low line is on my web site.
(1) Notice during 1999 that the lows stayed above the 13 week low line, thus bullish.
(2) Notice during most of 2001 the highs could not move
above the 13 week high line.
(3) That is until recently the Nasdaq has pushed the 13 week high line HIGHER.
(4) As long as the coming correction stays above the 13 week low line, the situation must be considered bullish.
(5) By the way 13 weeks is the time between earnings.
