I think many of these stocks are very oversold.
I also dont think a real bounce will occur until year-end, when more tax-loss selling.

I think you can start nibling on dec 28-29.

MIR is the class of the field, in terms of fundamentals.
RRI also looks okay to me.

CPN and DYN probably have too much risk short term.
