G_T, that'd be moi

Before debating if there is dumping on a stock, you must first establish is the
stock represents some value or not. If it is undervalued, there cannot be
dumping, just some legitimate profit taking.

hutch + o49r = 2 heads 0 feet = all Talk, no Walk (or)...

Might i engage you Hutch for a discovery process?

Well yes, but only if it was done in an open and honest manner.

So far we have had zero results for any decent encounters,
and in the spirit of your reply,
"... answer before I put you back on ignore...."
i will try again
eventhought i expect you again to do an ignore,
where ignore is for you to avoid the question,
and then hide with me on ignore as the chair you retreat to.

My petulant approach to you is the effect of a cause,
caused by you to never engage the Gata Bill side of a debate,
where the debate has merit and worth of knowledge, depth
and expertise in derivatives in general, and the gold market in particular.

What you do is all you do, which is not to Walk your Talk.
or
You push aside the debatable issue and place between you
and me, the carrier pigeon of a topic of importance, with what
is nonsense to discuss, that being an o49r approach to GATA
using as foundation her scorn towards Gata Bill's conclusion
that he far exceeds her ability to analysis of the gold markets.

Just like o49r you take that approach to anything i the gata nut
carries over from gata.org or LeMetropoleCafe.com, which is
an approach different from o49r's, but resulting in the same ole
same final reply of "Lets focus on Bill Murphy the person only."

Sure, o49r's tacky manner i fully understand better than
she does herself, and its easy to generalize as she would
rather be ignorant or wrong than admit Gata Bill right.

But you Hutch have not those inner secrets of an o49r type,
nor that of an ron-ron type with RRS, but to me far far less
of what can be termed "a problem" needing "help," no Hutch
you are not off center with your mental center of gravity causing
you to lean or have a tendency to be unstable off-balance.

So Hutch why not do a 1/2 ignore of me in my posts to you
and not ignore those people who create articles, which just
so happens to no surprise to you, are not from Bill Murphy
but those who contribute to his GATA or Cafe.

No doubt Hutch you have the smarts and ability and the knowledge
of derivatives to meet 1/2 way these people in discussion through me.

Since i'm a gata nut and accept without rhyme or reason everything
put out by Gata Bill, i still acknowedge facts of life that if you are
on the correct/truth side of any article from the Gata Bill arena,
that you would end up the winner fully, or just correcting those
who had it almost correct correct or helping those who found
a pathway but were unable to lead others.

So Hutch, forget the

"Who's made the money from the other side of the trades?
Had Billy Murphy made money, I doubt GATA would exist.
But he took the wrong side."

and don't following o49r approach to become a dumbo in the eyes
of everyone except herself and her Folly Followers, using.

Your post is worthless.... You have only one question
to answer before I put you back on ignore....

So Hutch one more time, ignore gata nut dougak
but don't ignore this article as it contains very well
thought out facts and figures with some nice graphs.

Santa Falls Foul of Anti-Terrorism Laws

OTTAWA (Reuters) - Canadian police, taking advantage of sweeping new
anti-terrorism legislation, arrested Santa Claus on the grounds that he had
a beard, was behaving suspiciously and, in all likelihood, belonged to a
underground cell. Or so demonstrators would have you believe.

The ``arrest'' Monday was stage-managed by local pro-democracy activists who
say that the legislation -- which the Senate, or upper house of Parliament,
was due to start debating later Monday -- will destroy many civil liberties.

The law, the brainchild of Justice Minister Anne McLellan, and passed
already by the House of Commons, will ban fund-raising by terrorist groups,
widen wiretapping authority and allow police to make preventive arrests of
people they think would engage in terrorism.

As thick snow fell across Parliament Hill in Ottawa, a small crowd of
demonstrators watched an actor dressed as a policeman handcuff a protesting
Santa and take him away.

``We're sorry to say that Santa has been put on the list of terrorists and
he is being arrested today because of concerns by Anne McLellan that he
might be up to no good,'' said local activist Betty-Anne Daviss.

As Santa was hauled off to meet his fate, fellow demonstrator Ken Johnson
said it was clear the suspect was part of a larger organization.

``They're clearly in cahoots across the country, all these people doing very
similar and weird things, spending time in shopping malls and waving in
parades. I'm sure those hand signals are indicating something to other
members of the cell,'' he said.

McLellan rushed out the legislation to meet the needs of various government
departments in the wake of the Sept. 11 strikes on the World Trade Center
and the Pentagon.

After concerted protests, the government did soften the legislation by
introducing sunset clauses under which two provisions -- allowing for
preventive arrests and judicial investigative hearings -- would expire after
five years.
