Yeah Mike, many are thinking big rebound and higher rates coming, I lean more towards synchronized global recession, deflation, and lower rates. We could just keep on getting rate cuts, like in Japan, there's basically no inflation, too many price wars, cut-throat competition, over-builds, and glut of inventory, IMO.
