That is why market looks so shaky to me. BRCD has sky high valuation, but does not have enough capital to fund itself internally. It needs to borrow money. Does not justify valuation. IMO.

Convertibles look popular right now. They are the opposite of a buy-back and show that the company and the brokerage firm sponsoring the offering think that the price is right. Kind of the opposite of a buy-back. Also, the stock tends to fly before a convertible as the brokerage does its job at getting a good price.
