<poor slobbering brother of Russ'>

My brother is a big boy, as I assume all who speculate in microcaps are, so save your lectures for your knitting sessions.

<buy-in point?>

I've 28,000 shares averaged at 1.49. Haven't sold a dime.

G_T,

Well if BAY can't make AMEX right away, there is still Nasdaq Small Cap where its peers Pan American Silver and Silver Standard are currently trading.

But the AMEX requirements are not that hard to attain. I digged them out as you suggested:

amex.com

Alternative Listing Guidelines

Market value of public float: $15,000,000

BAY meets that already

Price $3: That is $4.50 CAD

A target that make sense once the feasibility study is completed. Net asset value is above that number

Operating history: 2 years

That may be a problem. Depending on how it is defined, a listing may have two wait for 2004-2005. On the other hand Apex Silver (SIL) is listed on the Amex and has no operating history, their silver zinc project being on hold.

Stockholders' equity $4,000,000

MAY meets this already.

Publick Stock holders

We probably already exceeds the number

<I don't like Silver deposits >

I can understand that. It is very tough today to find a silver deposit tha make sense.

Do you think that producing 17 millions ounces at a cost of $1.50 per ounce make sense for Corner Bay?
