You don't remember the terms of the bet?

It was based on Spinco being rolled out before the end of 2001. The under/over was $100 for the combination of 1 share of qcom and the partial shares of Spinco distributed per qcom share when Spinco was rolled out. I'm not sure the bet is still viable now that Spinco has been cancelled.
