>>apparently they're being rationed<< now let's see...One pack weighs (conservatively) 100 g, means 35 Mill packs weigh (incl packaging) something like 3 to 4 thousand metric tons, that (on top of stocking, storing and saveguarding) need to be distributed on schedule to a couple of thousand destinations. You talking logistics, man. Rationed - well, I certainly hope so, in a rational way of course -. dj
