Sam, Micron is and always has been in a world of its own IMO. I will never own or trade that stock. I guess the SSB comments seem reasonable: 1:22PM Micron Tech (MU) 32.48 +1.78 (+5.8%): -- Update -- Salomon Smith Barney sees two positives behind Toshiba deal (see 7:29 comment): MU will acquire leading edge capacity at a fraction of the mkt cost, and Toshiba's exit from the DRAM mkt could result in taking offline some of the worldwide capacity by a few percentage points.
