From that same article:

"Of those that indicated unchanged, the majority required more knowledge of HP's product road map or had already made the decision to leave Compaq, Young said."

Story 5233 *WSJ: H-P Lawsuit -2: Suit Seeks Class-Action Status >HWP

By Molly Williams

Of THE WALL STREET JOURNAL

SAN FRANCISCO (Dow Jones)--Milberg Weiss Bershad Hynes & Lerach LLP filed a shareholder lawsuit against all but one of Hewlett Packard Co.'s (HWP) directors, alleging breach of fiduciary duty in the agreement to acquire Compaq Computer Corp. (CPQ).

The suit was filed Dec. 11 in Superior Court in Santa Clara County, Calif., the firm said. The only director not named in the suit is Walter Hewlett, who is currently leading a proxy fight to stop the proposed acquisition.

The suit seeks class action status for H-P investors and alleges that the company's directors, as well as some senior executives that are not named, failed to disclose material facts about the acquisition, which was announced on Sept. 3.

H-P wasn't immediately available to comment.
