It takes more than a budget to make the military. But just like the liberals, you think if you throw money at it it will get better. Clinton never had a military. He was the Coward in cheif. I wonder if you asked the average grunt who they felt more compelled to fight for, Bill or Dubya, I bet you wouldn't get one Bill. Dosn't matter now though cause Bill's gone. What's old Billy doing with his time now anyways? Can he get a free dinner for a speaking engagement or is he at home ironing Hillary's trousers?
