You also now have a management team which has issued tons of false statements about their background and lied on numerous occasions. On top of that this new management has shown NOTHING when it comes to increasing shareholder value. The stock continues to tank and tank as they further dilute the shareholders by paying companies to issue "reasearch reports" and to promote the stock. If the company can't speak for itself and needs stock promoters to hype up interest, then I don't think many people feel the need to own it. They see the writing on the wall, that the company is in trouble and that it very much won't likely be here much longer. It also doesn't help that management dines and stays at lavish places such as the Ritz Carlton, while the shareholders foot the bill. Bert
