I'm looking at the 5 year chart right now.

Hard to identify a Santa Clause effect, though March does seem to be a time to lighten up the past few years. At what point is it declared that the tightness is more than just a trading blip? How much can we read into those lease rates?

How can they say that, this is only the 3rd time since 94 where there was a December high above November. 99 was only $0.08 higher .

Two out of the last seven years can hardly be called "seasonal" with any level of truth.
