>"Larry Johnson, deputy director of the State Department's office of counterterrorism from 1989-1993 said:"Apart from Afghanistan, there is no other country in the world ... that has as many terrorist training camps, as many activist terrorist groups..."

Taking out the training camps won't change things as long as he and the rest of the Beltway carefully sidestep the source: millions in funding from Saudi Arabians. If they wish, they can cause terrorism to continue forever, unless they decide to stop out of the kindness of their hearts, or are deposed.

There are an unlimited number of places to "train terrorists", given funding.

Have you seen these poor dumb-struck bastards? They are the fodder left behind by upper management, who skip town into Pakistan and SA when the heat is on.

The only thing training camps provide is a license to invade an unlimited number of targets of opportunity. Maybe that should continue at some level. But if this Administration would start targeting the Saudis, instead of making kissy-face, it would have a more immediate and long-lasting effect.

Will we need to take out the Northern Alliance next?

The FBi, who now takes credit for arresting the Unabomber is on the ground.
