One of the things I liked about Dominion was the safety of the location. It was the only SNDK manufacturing location that wasn't in an active earthquake zone, or a potential war zone, or both.

I hope that Eli held out for a good deal from Toshiba, but I'm not sure how much leverage he had. I don't think this is a major positive or negative for SNDK, at least until there is a big earthquake in that part of Japan.
