IF someone new subscribed and the March 2000 issue was their first, then they would have gotten out at the top of the Nasdaq bubble. IF someone new subscribed and the April 2001 issue was their first, then they would only be down 8% or less on their QQQ. Is this the right way to evaluate investment advice?
