re:

It goes like this: (2 "r's, 2 "f's" and 2 "t's"). Speaking of Benjamin Graham, do you pronounce that "h" between the two "a's" so it sounds like Graaaa.....haaaaam with two vowel sounds, or do you drop the "h" and pronounce it with only one vowel sound so it sounds like Graaaam? Personally, I like the double vowel sound with the "h" used between the vowels when I say it.

and

Remember, it's always 2 "r's", 2 "f's" and 2 "t's" when speaking of Warren Buffett. You can always alter that formula slightly to read 2 "m's", 2 "f's" and 2 "t's" if you want to

uh, ok. actually, i don't think buffet cares how his name is spelled in some chat room. probably more concerned about people's thinking re investing. prolly would be a bit more concerned to see the way some consider investing their entire portfolio in three or four stocks with infinite PEs & teenage PSRs to be a kind of value investing aligned with His Philosophy.

In fact there is an easy formula which is much quicker

typically, that would be preferable to which in the above type of construct. see TCMS.

me - especially

really, an em-dash is preferable in the above type of environment. may be represented by two hyphens (no spaces) in plaintext.

It's just that difference between standing in a line for an all-you-can-eat buffet and the family name of Mr. Warren Buffett that always gets me

the It's just that in the above is not a preferred construct due to the ambiguity in interpretation between dependent clause and definite article. better here would be It's just that the, or even (more informally) It's just the.

the family name of Mr. Warren Buffett

personally, i would choose surname or last name in lieu of family name as a more culture-neutral term. e.g., i wouldn't want to imply that warren buffet has a family simply because he has a name. that might make people with no family feel sad and inadequate...disenfranchised, even. and like...persons living in non-filial social structures? i have to think about their feelings...
