The interesting thing about the Chinese proverb is that the Muslim world is teaching children to become suicide bombers, to kill infidels, to hate. They are doing long term planning. If the proverb and the message have validity, the Jihad against Muslim nonbelievers will be a very long one and they may have the staying power to win.

That proverb is very scary.

Or if you want to create a cancer that will take several generations to eradicate, inculcate your children with the hatred of another country's people (e.g. Arabs blaming America for all the world's problems).
