Labelling Rothbard as an economist is nearly equivalent to calling Edison a telegraph operator. That is, accurate, but grossly misleading. On the basis of his prodigious output, he is not only an economist and a major political philosopher, but a significant historian, as well. ...I assume you ( or someone) scanned the segment you posted - can't imagine you actually typed "the middle clam." Nope. Copied and pasted directly from the .pdf file itself. I was curious if your hardcover copy contained this typo as well. Regards, Don
