SAN DIEGO, Dec 10, 2001 (BUSINESS WIRE) -- ID Four Ltd. (OTC:IDFR) clarifies
the terms of the shareholder dividend.

ID Four's President David Cooper announced today shareholders of record at the
close of business on December 10th, who hold their shares of the company's
common stock through the effective distribution date of December 28th, 2001 will
receive a dividend of one share of Cyberfast Sytems Inc. (CYSI) common stock for
every 50 common shares of ID Four LTD. (IDFR). The shares will be rounded up to
the next whole number to effect a fair distribution.

That is correct Susie. Based on 1 for every 50 shares of IDFR.
