As I said the US unilateral junking of the ABM Treaty will cause an arms race. The Russians are already well armed, so it is no big deal to them YET, but will be in the future, for everyone else it is a free for all, resulting in mass buildup in weapons of massive destruction. A great move by small minds (US small minds) to do this backward movement. As I said a few weeks ago and now is reported on the news media today, Somalia is next for the US attack on terrorism
