That is such bullsheise. If that had been the truth, there would have been a big problem in the '90s. There was not. The fact is that debt as a percentage of GDP is still relatively low compared to most countries.......

Wrong. Only one of the Democrat House budgets was smaller than Reagan's proposed budget (1984). The other seven Democrat budgets increased Reagan's budget by $200 billion. Additionally, Reagan's last two budgets reduced the deficit by record amounts as the Cold War subsided, although we don't hear much about those.
