Susan, seems to me T will trade up tomorrow.

19:54 ET AT&T Broadband/Comcast : -- Update -- T shareowners will own a 56% economic stake and
about a 66% voting interest in the new company... T shareowners would receive value equivalent to
$13.07 per T share based on CMCSK's (38.07) closing share price on December 19, while retaining
complete ownership of T's traditional communications businesses.

19:50 ET AT&T (T) 16.80: -- Update -- Combination of AT&T Broadband and Comcast (CMCSK) will
create new company, to be called AT&T Comcast Corporation... T shareholders will receive
approximately 0.34 shares of AT&T Comcast for each share of T owned; CMCSK shareholders will
receive one share of AT&T Comcast for each CMCSK share owned.

19:45 ET AT&T (T) 16.80 +0.15: -- Update -- Confirms agreement to combine AT&T Broadband with
Comcast (CMCSK 38.07) in a transaction that values AT&T Broadband at an aggregate value of $72
billion.

19:03 ET AT&T (T) 16.80: -- Update -- Wall St Journal and CNBC reporting that T has decided to sell
its broadband unit to Comcast (CMCSK 38.07), which beat out bids from Cox (COX 38.39) and AOL
(AOL 33.03). No details yet on the T/CMCSK deal.

Regards,

Tom
