The UN wants a World wide DNA ID card, with a chip in it to be able to find u whenever and where ever you may be.
I live in the United States and am a United States citizen, I am not a United Nations Citizen.

Do you live by the Constitution of the United States or the U.N. Charter. No, on the UN forces, they should not have any UN forces. Let the Government of Afganastan start again, begining with the northern alliance.
