nice to hear from you.

I think we are about at the "extremes" for valuations we saw in the last bull. I think we are due for a pretty good pullback. I doubt we will see single digit PE's again, anytime soon. But I am not going top chase the market at this point.

Good luck on that snow, we are getting tons......I'll be up there on Friday.
