No it's rally ho to selected garbage only. The more the garbage the better the rally. They are buying what is hugely up and crap under $10 They are selling the garbage in the middle. Again this is a generality, but why not play the trend. Buy the best and worst of the garbage, using price as helpful guidance. Also note that max pain has worked like a total champ for the firts time in quite some time. On that basis I expect AMAT and INTC to give up a buck and perhaps they rally CSCO and QCOM to disguise the distribution. We should have had GE and IBM calls. Have to rally that index and what better ways to do it? M
