Yah Woody, this is huge. will be interesting to see how both stocks act tomorrow - i own both. while a big number, i think its a great deal for CMCSA, and a very good one for T (except CMCSA gets ARmstrong). WAtch for collateral action in other cable companies, as COX, and maybe AOL will have to try and get bigger. likely targets: CHTR, ADLAC, and ????.. stay tuned. larry
