Point/counterpoint:) i am remaining contrarian regards the continued new homes orders--i am sticking to my view that those that have the dollars are moving them at this time to Hard Assets.And i view it as money that will not be finding it's way back to the market.
A curiousity but i feel it is proof there is hope of life after a bull market's end.The curiousity is that Japan is the leader in buying luxury products(i assume that is a per head count leadership).
How can this be,their market has been an agony for over a decade? Reason? Only 20% of japan's population is in the stock market,where as in the U.S. it is 52%.max
