Well, you can have it any way you want it. Lewinsky clearly pursued Clinton. IF you want to make him the villain for consensual sex with her so be it, but she took off her panties in the back room of the White House to his surprise when they first met. So if he seduced a woman who just pulled her panties down so be it, I prefer to think his libido got in the way of rational thinking or did it.
