Why not? If you believe in TA. You can see that there was a 13 months channel between $1.25 and $1.95. The stock was stop 3 times at $1.95 except for this last time where it moved above the channel on strong volume. Furthermor the stock is above its short term and longterm moving average and all three (stock price and MAs) are trending higher. See that chart: stockcharts.com Why do you think it is no breakout? That is the classic definition of a breakout.
