By doing so you forfeit your rights as an American citizen as your freedoms, if not already gone, will soon be.

This is where you are wrong. It is amazing how most of us have forgotten that we are allowed to pledge allegiance to our country without strings attached. It is a foregone conclusion that we are allowed to criticize our country. That is not the issue.

Are we allowed to pledge that allegiance, as I just have, without criticism?
