Well the end results of Clinton's policy was the greatest bull rush in the decade and all the other great economic data that went with it. Were you asleep or just looking for bad among all the good. As for April 2000. The NAZ was 700 when Clinton took office and 2600 when he left. Bush has successfully run it down to 2000. So, ignore the data and make your subjective rules. Sorry, about the idiot stuff, but making factless claims are not the best way to gain credibility
