I have a significant long position of CIEN, but have been playing options (straddles and covered calls) to take advantage of the price fluctuations. I am not really worried about next month, next quarter, or even next year. But 3-5 years down the road, I will be counting. I did the same things with INTC, MSFT and CSCO since the early 90s - they were all over-priced stocks back then - and can't say I ever regretted my approach one bit. Let's close this subject at that; other posters probably find it very boring. Ibexx
