It is not a slogan, it is an observation. As for fiscal responsibility, the deficit is trivial, in relation to GDP, and we have no real problem servicing the debt. That is fiscal responsibility.......

you claimed that Bush was all for tax cuts for the "rich". Yet when he spoke yesterday, he talked of the tax breaks phasing out at $67,000.00 annual income. People on $67,000.00 a year don't exactly have lifestyles of the rich and famous!
