I agree with you Jim. My memory on this isn't real good on this. Back when ATT jumped in. They had all kinds of fed reviews and the feds forced all kinds of stupid restrictions on excite along with allowances for others on their cable. I knew at that time that Excite was doomed. Or maybe I should say AtHome was doomed and Excite is it. The feds just made the company too weak.
