<<Well, I'm taking the rest of the year off. >> Good idea. Wonder if you will miss anything here. Last year Nas dropped 1500 points from Sept to Dec as yr2k approched. Christmas was flat , Dec 19 to 28 th Just before New Years it dropped 266 points in 2 days, then recovered 325 points in one day since the clocks were still running(haha) So the odds are that something significant will happen( perhaps Christmas better than expected or the Bin escapes to Iraq?) , and market direction is uncertain as always.
