The US will not respond because Israel is deemed a friend. America has a tradition and history of supporting(and in some instances installing in power) mass murderers and turning a blind eye when it is deemed in America's interest. ...deemed in America's interest... I presume you are talking about money here. What money stream are we talking about that Israel provides? I don't get it. Wow...I don't know what money stream Israel provides to America or if it is positive or negative. Are you are okay with supporting a mass murderer like Sharon, provided that the offsetting money steam and/or net benefit is positive? If the Israeli money stream is negative, is it possible that America's interest could be broader than the money stream? If so, does that broader interest, whatever it may be, justify supporting genocide? --tv
