Well TP, by your logic...if the middle income donors get more tax cuts, they could send more money to fight inflation....and help Argentina, and fund an essential part of the anti-terrorist campaign. Is that right????

After all, there are MANY MANY more middle income folks than upper income folks. 28% of the total income tax bill is paid by the upper 5% of the taxpayers....(per the IRS)
