Not only that but pretty much Lucent gave it away that they shifted revenues to next quarter (current one being the low point) and that they will be EBITDA positive so they can spinoff Agere (which is one of the requirements). I think Lucent will be a great stock to own in 2002 and will surprise many people IMHO.
