I think so too. But is still hanging tough. Will look for a breakdown before shorting. They got good news today on patents which is holding it up.

15:44 ET Sector Watch: Comm IC : -- Technical -- Another tech group being hit with BRCM (-7.8%) inching below its 200 day simple ma (36.8). TXCC is probing its 50 day simple ma (4.3) which held for the most part over the last month. Short term need to see stabilization above these barriers to increase likelihood of at least a temporary corrective rally. 15:44 ET Terrorism Insurance : Traders citing Bloomberg telling us that the terrorism insurance bill is all but dead, which could trigger stalled projects, broken contracts, loan defaults, and lawsuits. ACE, HIG, AIG, CB are among the companies that could be affected.
