I'm marinating them in water, soy sauce, lemon juice, lime juice, vinegar, garlic, onion and ginger. I just bake them in the marinate. After baking they're great hot then cold in salads. Another great way, I discovered by accident, is cold & quartered with cottage cheese and Italian dressing. BTW if you never tried it Friendship's whipped cottage cheese is in a class by itself. No other cottage cheese comes close. It's more like slightly watery farmers cheese than cottage cheese.
