Yeah, I just get tired of reiterating it. 7 agreed that there was an equity issue, but only 5 said that they had to defer to the intent of the Florida legislature to meet the safe harbor deadline. Constitutionally, the legislature has ultimate authority in setting the terms of selection of electors. There was no time to send the matter back to Florida to cure the problem, and complete the recount. Thus, the decision was impeccable. It is the liberals who acted in a partisan manner......
