What if Monica was your daughter? Do you think that you would view Tripp the same way? I think it is safe to say that you would consider Clinton to be scum regardless. But it was Tripp's use of Monica as a pawn that has essentially destroyed her future. I think if her father had been the type who would have greeted her with a boot in the ass when she came home after the story broke instead of with open arms and claiming she was some sort of "victim", the whole thing never would have happened. I just can't bring myself to personalize the pursuit of justice. Maybe I've seen too many Bond movies or something. None of these people are sympathetic or personally attractive. Our country's integrity is well beyond the personalization of any of these characters. Although I consider Tripp's act heroic, I wouldn't care to meet or befriend her. As far as I'm concerned, she did her job well and that's all that matters. If Lewinsky was my daughter, I'd have physically pummeled that pervert in the oval office, followed closely by changing my last name.
