If we continue to drop, we may bottom sooner than the 28th.

It appears COMPX 1840-1850 is a done deal. That makes a possible launch above 2100 in January a good possibility. With this drop, it would seen we may need most of January to get there.


Aj, It does look bad for the Nasdaq near term. The data that we are getting just does not support the Santa Claus rally thesis anymore. I was expecting some better news from the companies...but we are in warnings season so that is expected as well. It would be nice to get a few positive comments from some big cap tech names soon. That is what could help us rally
otherwise.....I think your target of 1850 on the Compx looks very realistic.

ajtj, don't assume we go straight down, we could have a minor bounce, even as early as late tomorrow, but more likely, late Monday.
