I am also short TOL. It has been in a rising wedge all month. It is pinched in to a range about the same as todays hi/lo. It closed on the support line and a break to the norm is down. Tomorrow may be the big day, we just need a little catalyst. I think the QQQ's are on their way down also. I put in an AH short on them because I think there may be a gap down tomorrow. The charts are almost all pointing down. The Santa Claus effect seems to have disappeared with Bin Ladin<ggg>. Best to all, JRH
