Scott,

If it were really a terrorist (the AA crash) event, the US would use it to add to their justification to wage this war against terrorism. As for the cathedral, lets see what the experts say.

Right now I believe that Americans are aware of the terrorist threat & expect more to come. There is no reason for our gov't to risk their credibility trying to hide a terrorist act as something else. IMO, we already have enough problems & government cover ups will only exasperate the situation.

Hi, Scott! I don't believe the conspiracy theories...

Even under the current conditions, too many people would have to be muzzled to keep such a thing a secret, including all the officials charged with investigating air accidents. Something would surely leak out. I am not a aviator, but I think it would be extremely difficult to control a jumbo jet in its first few minutes of flight if the whole rudder assembly sheered off. The news pictures at the time of the tail section clearly showed that it was a clean break, with no evidence at all of any explosion. How could terrorists arrange for that to happen with the tightened security at JFK? Also, there is plenty of corroboration that the AA flight was buffeted by turbulence from a 747 that took-off ahead of it. Terrorists could not have counted on that happening. I think that it was an accident, caused by some improbable coincidences happening at the same time (as is true, by definition, with most accidents). I think that a terrorist explanation is even more, much more, improbable.

Just my two cents!

Regards, JC

very possibly NYC Cathedral was arson
total guesswork though
we could be in for scattered terrorism on small scale
who knows?
my probabilistic mind says 70% chance NYC arson

no question in my view that terrorism will be occurring here
its identification as such will be sketchy

let's see if any reports surface about amateur chemistry lab being operated by rogue assistant pastors in the nether chambers of the cathedral though
or a faulty furnace system for that matter
