fwiw, i used to be a fan of the serial 1's and 2's, but i have NEVER seen one work out. they almost always resolve as corrective patterns, as this one was imho.

btw, i am a fan of soros too. i always try to do what he does, which is the opposite of what he says he's doing...LOL

e waves take a special brain, and the ability to count with all toes and fingers...., at least 5 times for three series in a row and ya got'ta remember each sequence.

Even though it is often difficult to say precisely what is going to happen next with ewaves; it is a superior method of describing price action. Some patterns are complex and are not easily quantified, but sometimes an impulse or a corrective series of waves will look just like the stylized drawings from the Prechter and Frost book. I am sometimes amazed at what I see on a chart.
