Hi Again, As I said it would be at the very least an interesting project to undergo as I don't know too much about that aspect of computing That is an interesting thought. An FTP server is not difficult to setup. One can be had for free as in WarFTP from tucows. You set up directories where you place the information for people to access (make sure you don't open up your entire machine :o). You can also allow them to deposit info and restrict access to people to whom you have granted login privileges or leave it open to all comers. Anway on the Tucows site for one you can find some of these programs: tucows.com If you've not been there before or not recently it will ask you to pick your region and city closest by. Pick your operating system ie Win9X or whatever. Next pick the internet tab near page top then take FTP link under servers. regards Kastel
